(4x − 6) − (5x + 1) open the brackets keeping in mid that the minus outside the second bracket will change the signs of the terms inside 4x - 6 - 5x - 1 rearranging similar terms together 4x - 5x - 6 - 1 -x - 7 so ans is C.) −x − 7
