secx cscx=tanx+cotx solve only one side
what are you solving for?
i should get lhs and rhs equall
I'll work this out for you
ok
I'm going to draw it
Nevermind it's too slow. Anyway. You know how tan and cosine can be changed into sine/cos and cosine/sine?
ok
anyhow, tan +1 = sec or you could make it cot+1=csc
no u cant because u should not use them u have to use them if those are squares
so you want to get the sides to equal eachother?
If you need to do that, switch the sec and csc into 1/sin and 1/cos
cross multiply and then you get cos over or sine over cos
ya i need this meathoad
could u plz use euation one i cat understand
now multiply the other side by the reciprocal of the tan or cotan and you get either cot^2+1= csc^2 or tan^2+1= sec^2
Okay, I'm going to work it out and then scan my paper, is that okay with you?
ok thnx
it may take a little while, brb
ok
alright it's loading just a little more :D
alright it's loading just a little more :D
I hope this helps :)
actually when providing a proof.. most teachers want you to only use one side ie secxcscx=tanx+cotx =sinx/cosx +cosx/tanx =sin^2x+cos^x/(cosxsinx) =1/cosxsinx =secxcscx (lhs)
