Can someone show me the steps into converting 19.5 inches into millimeters???

25.4 mm/in 19.5*25.4 = 495.3mm

In these sort of problems, be sure to set it up with units and make sure the units cancel. 19.5 inches x 25.4 mm/1 inch = 495.3 mm. That way you will always know whether to multiply or divide. The inches have to cancel each other out.
