well the only way to get that is either HHHHH, HHHHT, HHHTT, HHTTT, HTTTT, or TTTTT.

any other pattern will have a T followed by an H

so you compute the total number of ways the coins could fall and put that in the denominator, and the numerator is the number of possible outcomes you want.
