the population od a small Polynesian island can be modeled by the equation f(x)=8e^8x. How many people, to the nearest integer, will be living on this island 10 years later due to general population growth with no new immigration?

evaluate the function for the population of the island at x = 10
wow, 8 people to a number of people larger than the lifetime of the universe in years.
\[f(10)=8e^{8\times10}\] \[=8e^{80}\] assuming x is time, in years.
I think there is more to this question. if that original function was the RATE of population growth, then the answer might make more sense.
