can anyone help me with this problem? f two points A and B are located on opposites sides of a river. Point C is located 275 meters from B on the same side of the river as B. In the triangle ABC that is formed:

OpenStudy (mathmate):

Assume <B=&1 means <B=71. All the angles of triangle ABC are known, namely, B=71,C=46, => A=63. With side a=BC=275m, we solve using the sine rule. c=side AB then c/sin(C) = a/sin(A) => c=a*sin(C)/sin(A)=275*sin(46)/sin(63) =222.0 m
