I believe mit onlines initiatives are complimentary to presencial courses at the institution or standalone not certified (at your own pace) . The only exception is MITx 6.002 which will get a certification for those who make thegrade you can enroll today (starts tomorrow and ends June 8th) https://6002x.mitx.mit.edu/
