in a lecture by walter lewin ,he charged a metal sphere by using some silk cloth and brass rod and then he put a conducting plate on rod so that charge is induced on plate and then he touched it (plate)with his finger and then he touched the plate to sphere ,,,i can not understand why he touching his finger to plate? tell me
