Which of these properties of a star best determines its life cycle? density temperature brightness mass
Brightness i beleive
no. the life cycle is determined by the mass of the star. you see, the heavier the star, the shorter its lifespan. very heavy stars only live ~100.000 years, while stars like the sun can last billions of years. also, heavy stars will become supernovae and/or black holes once the fuel is depleted, while lighter stars will become brown dwarfs or white dwarfs at the end of their lifespan.
geometry_hater, i beg you. PLEASE don't answer some bullpellet you think might be right, but research the questions. I always look up whether I am right before posting my answers, even if I know them as it is. you have gotten way too many medals already by answering false stuff, and people trust you. do not betray that trust. I will report every single false answer you give is the problem persists, because this is not how this network works.
