It's beacuse the bulbs are conectted parllel to the emf (battery)
U r answer is right for series connection 

In parllel connection each bulb gets the same voltage and thus by ohms law thh same current
With this connection the more bulb u connect u get the same currnt but the battery will be finished earlier!
(if it is not a battery than u just pay more to the supplier...)
