Well that's just it, i forgot mine. Which is why i turned here hoping for some help, to substitute for what i forgot

You are on the internet. Go here: http://www.wolframalpha.com type in z/(-4) < = 2 or x + 3.5 <= 12 and it will graph it. :)

Now, to discuss the meanings, it helps to think in terms of money. 

x + 3.5 <= 12, say... 

Suppose I have 12 dollars and you have some UNKNOWN amount of money. 

I know that if you gain $3.50 you will either have LESS money than..or EXACTLY the same amount of money as me.  

The question is -- how much money could you possibly have? (that's "x" -- how much money you have).
