I think it is MASSAGE because if you had MESSAGE, you have 2 E's and 2 S's, then you would consider them as 1 and that would mean 5 letters... Vermont

the way i see it is as its 6 from 7 number of possibiliites is 6x5x4x3x2x1 but as there are a doble number you divide by 2 to give 6x5x4x3 = 360
