Can the same amino acids be carried by different t-RNA's

Yes degenerate codons that code for the same amino acids can be found for several different sets of codons on tRNA itself. In other words they code may be different on the tRNA that codes for the amino acid, by the cargo (which is the amino acid is the same) here is a chart summarizing the codons and their degenerates that codes for the same amino acid. http://plantandsoil.unl.edu/croptechnology2005/UserFiles/Image/siteImages/Table1gif.gif

it works even the other way around! okay, this is a special case, but selenocystein is carried by the same tRNA as cystein.
