2 hour and 45 minute....
for first hour you pay 2 bucks.
now you have 4 half hours left... you need to pay 2 bucks for this as well..

Will be 4 dollar in total (cheap!)

Okay but when it says part there of wouldnt you make the half (the 15 left over ) 25 cents????

No, because they'll let you pay for the full half hour (even though you only use a part of it)
