Does anyone know how to calculate kilograms into Newton?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You cannot convert kg into newtons - you probably mean kg/force. 1 kg/force = 9.80665 newtons

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah that! thank you! :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

np :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

& one more questionnn

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If you'd drop an object from 2nd floor window, what would its speed be after 1 second, & then 2 seconds?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you would need to know things like terminal velocity, etc

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh, it doesn't say anything in this problem. i'll ask my teacher tmrw.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok. there may be a way to solve this, but I'm really not sure how ;)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1 kilogram = 9.80665 newton (earth)
