(cell cycle): compare/contrast G1 vs G2

The most obvious - and sort of definitive - difference is that in G1 the cell has not copied its DNA while in G2 it has. There are also some subtler biochemical changes regarding the activity states of certain proteins called cyclins and cyclin dependent kinases and, immediately before mitosis, some cytoskeletal changes as the cell prepares to divide.
