it is A... it does not have to be a right triangle, as the angles of a rhombus are not all 90 degrees

Diagonals of a rhombus bisect b/c it is a parallelogram. They are perpendicular b/c it is a kite. They bisect the angles also. The only property they DON'T have is they are not congruent.
