i want to know how i can begin studying in mit ..cuz there are not much video lessons and all are notes any one start to make it before

Hi. I began to study this course about 2 months ago. I've watched the videos, checked the exams, assisgments and their respective solutions.
Since some of the questions in the tests come from subjects which are not considered in several videos, I suggest you to find another reliable source to get more info from.

Greetings, you can start with the videos. By studying in MIT I can think of two options:
1) Studying at MIT as in personal enrollment which will earn you a degree and count towards university credit hours.
2) The second way would be learning through OCW (OpenCourseWare).
If you want to apply for joining to MIT, then just look around they should have details for registering, and follow them. If you want to study through OCW, pick your subject and go through the videos, they're like how your instructor would teach you in the class. If they're are doubts you can ask them here. But just go through the lecture videos, make notes, and write a few home works and examinations, see if that helps :)
