difference b/w Order by And Group by in Oracle??

Specific to Oracle, or can the answer be SQL in general? ORDER BY is used in conjunction with SELECT-FROM-WHERE clauses to order the query results according to the specified attribute GROUP BY is very similar to ORDER BY, but is used in conjunction with aggregate functions.
