If you want to be sophisticated, you can say "blah blah blah, vide supra, blah blah." "Vide supra" is Latin for "see above." Lawyers sometimes abbreviate it to just "supra" ("above"), or "page 3, supra" to indicate where above. Being sophisticated is not always advisable, of course, depending on your teacher's preferences.
