The max (or min) occurs when the derivative is 0, i.e., the curve is flat. So, take the derivative and set it to 0 to find at what X value the function is at its maximum or minimum. Then, plug that x value into the original equation to discover the min or max value of the function.
so its a minimum of -3024
Almost, I got it's minimized at x=11/2, where the function has a value of -3025
