This might end up to be a lot of groups and I don't know if it would drive the site crazy or not.  We already have it where people can make groups.  Why don't we allow the group creator invite abilities?  They can invite anyone they want to come in and if you aren't invited you don't get in.

The group creator will be given two options:
public   or    private
They can choose the public option just in case they want everyone to come.

We've actually considered it before, and it may be the way we go in terms of implementing privacy. We're not sure yet, though.
