look,,,,,,,we hav to start with a,b,c,d,f..so their r only 5 ways to get 1st letter.Now for 2nd letter we hav only 21 wys as 26letters-(a,b,c,d,f)=21lettrs left. For 3rd v hav only 20 ways as 26-(a,b,c,d,f)-2nd lettr used. Like as for 4th lettr v hav only 19 ways. thus"- total seriel no that can b get are.... 5*21*20*19=399900..

no its not right you have to use numbers along with the letters a b c d f and the numbers can not repeat
