formula for finding perimeter of a rectangle is (2*length)+(2*width) it is very clear from the picture that it's length is 10 and width 3.so just plug the values i.e, (2*10)+(2*3) 20+6 26 therefore the perimeter of this rectangle is 26 (i don't know about the unit since it is not mentioned :P)
