What is the molecule NADH/NAD/NAD+ and FADH2?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The reduced forms (NADH, FADH2) are used to shuttle high-energy electrons from the Citric acid cycle to be used in oxidative phosphorylation to make ATP, the primary energy carrying molecule used throughout the cell. The oxidized forms (NAD+ and FAD+) are used to accept electrons during the citric acid cycle and have other metabolic uses in the cell as well as signaling functions
