j^4*k^5 .. how do you simplify these type of expressions?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(jk)^4*k

OpenStudy (ash2326):

if it has only two terms j^4 and k^5 , it's simplified or you can take the higher power as common power, which is 5 here (j^(4/5)*k)^5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i was thinking that.
