How many ways we can divide 30 identical candies among 10 children such that each get at-most of 5 candies?

I usually use stars and bars for this kind of problems ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stars_and_bars_(combinatorics) ) but seems like that's not working properly here, and I can't see the inclusion-exclusion solution here, if you know generating function solution you are welcome too.
