What molecules can be used for long-term energy storage?

OpenStudy (geometry_hater):

Glycogen a long carbohydrate chain And Fat

ADP and ATP those are my choices.. ADP and fat Starch and fat Starch and ATP

OpenStudy (matt101):

Starch and fat is your answer Glycogen would be a better answer than starch though because usually we refer to starch as the carbohydrate polymer that is consumed in the diet rather than the one that is used for long-term energy storage.
