lets say the page number was x and if the two pages are next to each other...and the first one is x...then its logical to assume that the next one i 1 + that number right since it says the product is 210... that means that----> (x)*(x+1)=210 so \[x ^{2} + x =210\] then take 210 to the left side of the eq to make it a quad equation... \[x ^{2} + x -210 = 0\] then solve this eq. to get to values : 14 and -15... since you cant have a negative page no. 14 is the answer so the first page no. is 14 and the second one is 15
