2.5 batches / 3.75 cups sugar = 1 batches / X cups sugar. solve for X 2.5X = 3.75(1) x = 1.5 cups sugar
cutiepie, you have to think about whether your answer makes sense. if we want fewer cookies (1 batch rather than 2.5 batches) then we should need LESS sugar, not more.
