The first one is correct, because the sum of all four angles has to be 360 degrees. The sum of first two is 149, so 211 = 144 + 67 degrees has left.

Remember that all the angles in a quadrilateral must add up to 360 degrees. All you need to do is just mess around with a calculator. Add the numbers you are given, subtract them from 360 and then from that you put another one in and you'll get the answer. To check, you just add everything up and you'll get 360.
