OpenStudy (liliakarina):

How much is the equivalent of a micron? Are all cells the same size? What are their shapes and proportions?

OpenStudy (liliakarina):

What's the action mechanism of the ebola virus? What do DNA and protein molecules form in virus?

OpenStudy (matt101):

A micron is another word for a micrometer, which is 10^(-6) meters (1000 times smaller than a millimeter). Not sure what cells you're referring to... I don't know exactly by which mechanism the Ebola virus destroys cells, but based on a quick perusal of Wikipedia it looks like it might be due to lysis of infected cells when virions exit. DNA and protein together form the nucleocapsid in a virus.

Thank you, Merry Christmas
