If I remember correctly boxplots use a minimum, maximum, median and 1st and 3rd quartiles
Max = 66
3Q = 48
Med = 33
1Q = 27
Min = 19

The Box is made up of the med, 1Q and 3Q and the distance between the med and 1Q/med and 3Q should be 6 and 15 respectively. This means that the med line of the box is more towards the 1Q line. So our choices comes down between B and E.

Now we look at the distance between the med line and the two extrema. The distance between med and min. med and max is 14 and 33. So the med line is a lot closer to the minimum value.

Therefore the answer should be B.
