Suggestion: give a tutor for first week for new students. The student can ask anything related about openstudy and the answer should be fast. By adding this, new people wouldnt ask in wrong groups or in OS feedback basic questions

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, that would require a lot of man power we don't really have access to. We're working on making the site easier to use for people who aren't familiar with it. However, there is a certain percentage of users who will always intentionally post in the wrong group to get attention. There's not much we can do about that.
