Nope -- 2070. To be more precise, "contemporary" means that the book was written in the modern day; the "science fiction" genre means it was written about the future. So, a contemporary sci-fi book was written in 2010 about the year 2070. A very old sci-fi book might be written in the year 1900 about the year 2010.
