This is all the information I got from the teacher. I tried to figure it myself for more than a week now. But an egg is made of so many things that I don't understand the question. If someone could help me, I would owe you forever.
This is 5% of my AP Chem grade.

listen when u boil or cook egg all the yello part assemble at one place mean spontaneous 
before boilimg the yellow part is in liquid form which moves here there means non spontaneous
