help in this prob..i am typing it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\sqrt{2ab-ax-bx-2\sqrt{ab(ax-bx+x ^{2)}}}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what are we supposed to do with this ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the question is what are the roots ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\( x \) is the variable isn't ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I don't think so.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Anyways the roots are :\( \left\{\left\{x = \frac{2 \left(2 a^2 b-\sqrt{3 a^4 b^2+2 a^3 b^3-a^2 b^4}\right)}{a^2-2 a b+b^2}\right\},\left\{x= \frac{2 \left(2 a^2 b+\sqrt{3 a^4 b^2+2 a^3 b^3-a^2 b^4}\right)}{a^2-2 a b+b^2}\right\}\right\} \)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How can I solve it ? Put \( \sqrt{2ab-ax-bx-2\sqrt{ab(ax-bx+x ^{2)}}} =0 \) square both sides then reduce it to quadratic form,, after that ...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok,i got it..thanks a lot

glad to help :)
