Whenever I come online(after logging in), I have noticed that everyone's profile picture shows the same picture - I think Chris Sprague's. It gets ok after sometime though.

No, not when I look through a profile. I mean the usernames will be correct but the profile pictures will show Chris Sprague's.

Well, when the page is loading - Sprague's mug is shown because that's what is in our template. Essentially, the way OpenStudy works is your site downloads the template and then some code runs on your browser to replace all of the template stuff with real content.

Do you mind if I ask what browser you're using? Also, can you get me a screen shot of what you see just to make sure we're talking about the same thing?
