how to graph P= 30-Q?

pick two points (0,0) and some other point, then draw a line through them

But i dnt know what would be the value for the price on the y axis? also doesnt the line have to be drawn to 30 on the x axis?

No it would be 30 on the Y axis. Since price = 30 when quantity = 0
then y = 30 when x = 0

btw it was supposed to be (0, 30) in my last post, sorry about that

your graph is going to be a straight line going from 30 on one axis to 30 on the other if that helps
