hours height 0
eq:(h-14.5) = (13 - 30)/(14.5 -6) * (t - 13)
now plugin the value for time i.e. 22 and you get your answer
ref: this form is commonly known as the 2 point form of the line
since height and time are inversely proportional: 17-k/6 k-102 9-102/x x- 11.33 cm
