the number of divisors of the form 12z+6(z is any natural number) of the number 25200 .?

25200 = 2 * 2* 2*2*3*3*5*5*7 are the prime factors of 25200 will that help?
numbers of form 12z+6 are 18,30,42,54....
this is an arithmetic series with d = 12, a = 18 any number greater than 12600 will not be a divisor
- this is all my thoughts - i've no clear idea how to do this!!
not all the numbers in the series divide into 25200 - 54 does not
