oO there are not only components, but FAR FAR more, I'm afraid. at least 10 proteins are involved in the steps of aerobic respiration. then you need compartimentation, so membrane molecules need to be present. well, you get me.

but the 3 core substances that undergo chemical reactions are oxygen, glucose and ADP. But, as stated before, many MANY more substances play a crucial role in starting aerobic respiration. proteins, NAD+, water (duh) and so on.
