Volume of cylinder = pi * r^2 * h. You have r. You have volume. Find h. That h is the "vertical height" of cone. Then, find slant height from that with pythagorean theorem.

From slant height, you can find lateral area as pi*r*slant height. Surface area, add bottom circle's area.
