I would like this information also.  In looking around, I keep finding a "Second Edition of the Alternate Edition" ... which I think is the needed book (at least, the copyright date is the same).  But I'd like to get the correct text the first time.  Help?

The text is more than the series of free videos, but not much more! There was not one published in 2002, the latest is 2001. Look on Amazon.com
