Pretty small one today, folks.

- Fixes for incoming links to profile questions from search engines.
- Fixes for the left pane questions list on profile pages.
- Make tooltips work on medal details and notifications.
- Performance tweak for IE8 that should make logging in and switching groups snappier.
- Avoid showing weird versions of the page when loading initially.
- Many users viewing a question no longer causes weird overflows at the top of the right pane.

Would love some feedback from IE8 users on whether we've helped a bit with the long-running script popups. Thanks!
