what is an alternative future for cells when they reach their size limit?

The question is really ambiguous. More specific info would help.

How is a smaller cell better then a larger cell

OpenStudy (anonymous):

they stop growing or split into two i think not shore thow

Cells can do a number of things when they reach their size limits: they can stop growing, they can actually shrink and they can divide... There is no "better" when talking about cells. Smaller cells have a greater surface area to volume ratio than larger cells. For some cells, that's good. For other types of cells, that's not so good.
