Help!!! List the subset of "S" consisting of rational numbers: S={-7,-3/4,-4.75,-√7,.08,π ,5/2,√16}

myininaya (myininaya):

rational numbers are numbers that can be written as an integer over an integer can you write any of these numbers that way?

im still really lost

OpenStudy (mathmate):

For example, 4.5 can be written as 9/2, so it is a rational number. For 3.33333333....., it can be written as 10/3, so it is also a rational number. -5 can be written as -5/1, so it is a rational number. There are five rational numbers on the list, can you spot them and put them into a sub-set, like: {1,3,5}
