will the kick function be back in order? i liked it. it dealt with bad users fast

I honestly don't like the kick option.  People abused that option too much.  Maybe if certain users had it, it might be okay.  I would like to know who kicked me if I get kicked. Last time the kick option was here, I couldn't tell who was kicking me.

Hey myininaya - Thanks for the feedback on kicks.

Presently, the only users who should have kick are admins, global mods, and whoever the group moderator is. So that makes the possibility pretty limited. But you're right, this is something that has the potential for a lot of abuse.

Updating the "You have been kicked" message to include the name of the user who kicked you should be trivial to implement. We may also consider logging this so we can see when people are abusing the kick functionality.

I'm open to any other suggestions.
