Oh my book doesn't seem to cover that, but here's a site, though it seems a little over my head :/ http://www.uop.edu.jo/download/PdfCourses/caclulus/tensor%20analysis%20intro.pdf I'm sure you at least need to have learnt some vector calculus and linear algebra for this.
