What is the difference from angle bisector to perpendicular bisector?

OpenStudy (mathmate):

Angle bisectors are lines that bisect each angle of the triangle. The intersection of angle bisectors is the centre of the inscribed circle which is tangent to each of the three sides of the triangle. Perpendicular bisectors are lines that bisect each side of the triangle, and their intersection is the centre of the circumscribed circle that passes through all three vertices.
